Apply the cuff on your left bare arm 0.4”-0.8” inches above the elbow joint, so that it is level with your heart.

HOW CAN I GO THROUGH THE STORED MEMORY READING?
When the monitor is off, press and hold the “MEM” button to turn the unit on. The LCD will display the average test results from the last 3 readings, press the “MEM” button again to cycle through the old stored readings.
WILL I HAVE TO CLEAR THE MEMORY WHEN I REACH 120 STORED READINGS?
No, the monitor will automatically delete the oldest stored memory to record the new memory. If you would like to manually clear all your memory, while in memory check press and hold “SART/STOP” for 3 seconds to erase all memory. 3 beeps will verify that you have deleted all store memory.
HOW DO YOU SET THE DATE AND TIME?
While the unit is powered off, press and hold the “START/STOP” button to enter the settings. Use the “M” button the cycle through your choices and press the “SET” button to lock your selection. Set the month first then the day, year, hour and minute.
ARE BATTERIES INCLUDE OR IS IT RECHARGEABLE?
Yes, 2 AAA batteries are included.
