WHAT IS THE BEST POSITION TO TAKE AN ACCURATE READING?
Sit in a comfortable place with back support, feet flat on the floor with legs uncrossed; Place the middle of the cuff at the same level as your heart. When you turn the unit on, remain as still as possible and refrain from talking – this will provide the most accurate reading.
HOW MANY BLOOD PRESSURE READINGS CAN IT STORE?
There are two different memory groups available on the wrist monitor. Each memory group can store a total of 60 blood pressure readings for a total of 120. Before pressing the start button, to select which group you would like this reading to be saved to, click the set button then press the M button to select group 1 or group 2.
HOW CAN I GO THROUGH THE STORED MEMORY READING?
Select the group you want to review and press the “M” button to toggle through the stored readings.
HOW DO YOU SET THE DAY AND TIME?
When the unit is powered off, press “SET” button twice to enter the settings for Time/Date. Use the “M” button to cycle through your selection options and press “SET” to lock in your selection. You will the month first, then the day, hour and minutes.

WILL I HAVE TO CLEAR THE MEMORY WHEN I REACH 60 STORED READINGS?
No, the monitor will automatically delete the oldest stored memory to record the new memory. If you would like to manually clear all your memory, while in memory check press and hold “SET” for 3 seconds to erase all memory in the selected group.
I MOVED WHILE TRYING TO GET A READING, I DON’T WANT THIS MEMORY STORED, CAN I DELETE IT?
Yes! You may delete the current test result by pressing the set button after the results are displayed. Please note that you should wait at least 3 minutes before re-testing
ARE BATTERIES INCLUDE OR IS IT RECHARGEABLE?
Yes, 2 AAA batteries are included.
