How do I get this device in pairing mode?
To enter the pairing mode, turn the power on and off 3 times to enter pairing mode. The bulb will rapidly flash red.
How do I set up this device to turn on automatically?
Using the MOBI SMART App, you can set “automations” for this device to turn on and off when conditions are met. Set the device to turn on automatically at a certain time or if another sensor is triggered such as the MOBI Door and Window Sensor.
Does this device require WiFi?
This device along with other MOBI SMART Home products requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Once paired to your WiFi, you can access this device from anywhere using the MOBI SMART App.
Can I use this Product with WiFi or does it require a Hub?
This product does not require the use of a hub just the MOBI SMART app on your device and a 2.4GHz WiFi connection.
What Color is this Bulb?
This bulb is multi-colored, so you can set the color of your choice and adjust the brightness all through the MOBI SMART App.
Does this product have a warranty?
This product comes with a 90-Day Limited Warranty. The Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
