Which App do I use for this device?
Download the MOBI SMART App in your apple or android app store, and follow the setup instructions.
Does this device require WiFi?
This device along with other MOBI SMART Home products requires a 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Once paired to your WiFi, you can access this device from anywhere using the MOBI SMART App.
Does this product plugin?
This product is battery powered, so can be placed anywhere! You can check the battery level in the app.
Which end is the sensor?
The water sensors are the two brass probes located at the end of the wire. Mount the sensor on the wall or surface. Place the probe in the location water may accumulate if a leak were to occur.
How do I know if I have a leak?
If the sensor detects a leak, the device beeps, and flashes. You will also receive notifications on your device via the MOBI SMART App.
Would I be able to set up multiple sensors but at different locations and monitor them on one app?
Yes! All of MOBI Smart Sensors can be setup at different locations, as long as they are connected to a local wifi within their location. You can manage over 100+ devices in your MOBI Smart App at different location and group them by location if desired.
